As much as possible we will have stock of all items on the website. In the rare event that items are sold out and are not available, you will be contacted immediately so as to organise a refund or completion of a special order (which means the customer advises that they are willing to wait for new stock to arrive and then delivery to them as our earliest convenience).
Returns : All returns must be received on or before 14 days after delivery confirmation. All tags, boxes and packaging must be intact and not torn or ripped apart. Items will be refunded on returned goods being in perfect condition and not broken or damaged in any way. There will be a refund surcharge for returned goods due to the refund cancellation charges by merchant services and if items were delivered Free Of Charge. Delivery charges will be deducted from refunds.
All documents must be included in the return package.
